Disclosures

Effective November 5, 2026

Under federal and state regulations, the following disclosure and fair-lending information is made available for review.

1Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)

Lexington Mortgage Corporation collects and reports data about its residential mortgage lending under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. This information covers the geographic distribution of loans and applications, applicant and borrower characteristics, and the disposition of applications, including approvals and denials.

The company’s HMDA disclosure statement is available on request and through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s public HMDA database. To request a copy, contact our Fair Lending team at legal.dept@lexingtonhl.net or 300 Spectrum Center Drive, Suite 170, Irvine, CA 92618.

2Equal Housing Opportunity

Lexington Home Loans does business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law (the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988). It is illegal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin in the sale or rental of housing or residential lots; in advertising the sale or rental of housing; in the financing of housing; in the provision of real estate brokerage services; or in the appraisal of housing. Blockbusting is also illegal.

Anyone who believes they have been discriminated against may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, Washington, DC 20410, or call HUD at 1-800-669-9777 (voice) or 1-800-927-9275 (TTY).

3California Fair Lending Notice

Under the Housing Financial Discrimination Act of 1977, it is illegal to discriminate in the provision of, or in the availability of, financial assistance because of the consideration of:

  • Trends, characteristics, or conditions in the neighborhood or geographic area surrounding a housing accommodation, unless the financial institution can demonstrate that such consideration is required to avoid an unsafe and unsound business practice; or
  • Race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, or ancestry.

It is illegal to consider the racial, ethnic, religious, or national origin composition of a neighborhood or geographic area surrounding a housing accommodation, or whether or not such composition is undergoing change, in appraising a housing accommodation or in determining whether to provide financial assistance.

These provisions govern financial assistance for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, rehabilitating, improving, or refinancing a one-to-four-unit family residence occupied by the owner, and for the purpose of home improvement of any one-to-four-unit family residence.

If you have questions about your rights, or wish to file a complaint, contact the management of this financial institution or the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

4Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

The federal agency that administers compliance with this law concerning this creditor is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC 20580.

5Images, Artificial Intelligence, and Automated Calls

Some photographs of people on this website were created with generative artificial intelligence. No human performer is depicted in them, and each one is labeled where it appears. They are illustrations only. They do not show actual customers, employees, or loan results, and they are not testimonials or endorsements.

This website does not use an automated chat assistant. The answers in the help panel are written in advance by Lexington staff, and every answer offers a way to reach a licensed person.

If you agree, Lexington may call you using automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice. Any such call says at the start that it is automated, and you may ask to speak with a person or to stop these calls at any time. Your consent is never a condition of getting a loan.
