Our story

About Lexington Home Loans.

An independent mortgage broker in Irvine, California since 2007 — built around saying yes where others say no.

For over two decades, Lexington Home Loans has done one thing: find the path to the loan other lenders say can’t be done. We’re an independent mortgage broker — which means we shop your loan across many investors instead of forcing you into one box.

Our story

Lexington Mortgage Corporation, doing business as Lexington Home Loans, was established in 2007 and is based in Irvine, California (NMLS #347811). In the years since, we’ve helped families buy, refinance, and tap the equity in their homes — through every kind of market. That experience is why we can place loans other brokers can’t.

What we believe

Most of our business is the loan someone else turned down. A self-employed borrower whose income is real but doesn’t fit a W-2 box. A buyer with a 520 score and a steady job. A retiree who is equity-rich and cash-tight. An investor whose rental pencils at a 0.85 ratio. We built our company around saying yes where it makes sense — responsibly, and in plain English.

Our promise since 2007: If Lexington can’t do it, it can’t be done.℠
